What is the Living Yoga seminar series?
The Living Yoga seminar series takes a dynamic and innovative look at the heart and soul of yoga as well as how the practice of yoga can enrich our lives. This is a unique opportunity to go beyond the mat and delve deep into the essence of yoga.

Note 1: Handouts given. Bring a mat & a pen. (Not at Yoga / Sitar)

Note 2: Yoga attire needed. Bring your yoga mat and a sit pillow or blanket if you wish.

Note 3: These seminars are NOT traditional hatha yoga classes; rather they are seminars where information is presented, discussed, and reviewed.

The Living Yoga seminar series is both for those making their initial inquiry into yoga as well as the experienced practitioner.

Living Yoga seminars are held at yoga studios, halls, or community centers throughtout Anne Arundel andCalvert counties. Please contact us if you are interested in hosting a Living Yoga seminar.

What is the upcoming Living Yoga seminar?
Title: Restorative Yoga Workshop
When: Sunday, April 11, 2010, 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Where: Galesville Memorial Hall

Copme into spring with a calm - come discover the wonder of restorative yoga. In this gentle and serene session we will use a variety of props to bask in supportive, relaxing poses which enable our bodies and minds to heal, restore and find balance. This a great way to center oneself: physically, emotionally, and mentally. Along the way we will also explore breathing & relaxation techniques, moments of silence, and so much more. This workshop is for everyone; no prior yoga experience is needed.

NEW: Trained facilitors will be present to ensure personal attention, care and ease during the program.

Note: All participants will be requested to bring a pillow and a blanket. If you have an eye pillow then bring that as well, otherwise we will have one for you. All other props will be supplied.
