This class will allow students to focus on finding balance in their practice. Class will conclude with yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to reduce stress and tension in the body. Open to students of all levels. This session runs from Nov 7 – Dec 12, 2017.

Class will not meet on December 5 as Jaya will be away.
