Naval Academy National X-Country Camp 2009
This was the 2nd year running
that Renaissance Yoga was invited
to lead a yoga session
for the Naval Academy's National
Cross Country Camp for High
School runners.
The aim is to help young athletes experience how yoga is an excellent cross-training technique that will advance them in their sport: physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Student-Athletes come from around the entire US.
The camp is run by Coach Karen
Boyle, the Navy's Varsity Women's X-Country Coach.
