excellent information and knowledge for me and all who takes the time to listen. As a learning student, I am seeking understanding with the why’s of different positions, the pronunciations of words, how and what effects it has on the physical body, and the how and what effects of the mind and spirit. Your podcast are great. Your voice is of good tone and volume and you can clearly understand words. Please cont.them. Is there a place on this site I can go and listen to all the ones you have already done? My goal in future years to to become an instructor. The time is not here for that yet, because I feel how can I teach if I myself does not have a good understanding. So,if you have not noticed….YOU have a new student if you’ll have me. See you around here and Yoga Journal.

Hi Christina,
Thanks so much for taking the jump over from the Community and visiting here!! Great to have you 🙂 Your enthusiasm and sincere desire are wonderful.
In response to your query, I have released an audio CD titled Diva’nishi, and the informal podcasting was born out of that. Thus far I have publicly released only two podcasts. I think you have heard them both. I should be uploading more soon – various other topics have already been recorded.
FYI, On this blog, I have a category called “Podcast”, so in future that will be a way for you to see the full collection. All podcasts will always go in this folder. I do plan to continue to cross post them onto the YJ Community as well.
With your open and sincere outlook, you are going to learn a lot about the wonderful world of yoga in a very short time. It will be a pleasure to watch you grow – and will consider myself fortunate if I can help in any way.
Very warmly yours,
Satyam
I didn’t know that yoga poses were related to our glandular system. Makes perfect sense to me now!
