  1. I especially enjoyed this meditation this morning. A quiet and gentle time before my work day begins.

  2. Sitting on my deck tonight, after all the chores are done, with a strong constant breeze I still felt like I needed to do something. I was finding it difficult to relax despite a perfect beautiful cool night. And then I did the breathing meditation podcast. Ahhh relief. Many thanks.
