Abs Challenge: June ’17 – Week #2 Video

Join in each week during the month of June for a new Abs video for your home practice….



A Few Guidelines
  1. You may practice this daily for 45 – 60 seconds, or for as long as is appropriate for you.
  2. Do try and keep your core engaged. That means pressing the low spine into the mat.
  3. Modifications: (a) Keep the legs at a high angle without doing any of the kicks, or (b) keep the knees bent and just press the lumbar spine into the earth.
